What is the standard check-in/check-out time?
As a general rule you can check-in from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must check-out at 12:00 (noon) on the day of departure.

Which are the children policies?
Children from 0-6 years old are free of charge.
Children from 6-10 years old will be charged half of the price.
Which are the confirmation and cancellation policies?
Confirmation for a reservation will be subject to availability. 30% of the total amount is requested as pre-payment. The remaining payment will be done in check-in time. If the reservation is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the check-in day, the penalty will be 100% of the total amount.
